Fresh juice is easy to make with almost any fruit. Wash the fruits well, then peel and cut them into small pieces. Remove seeds from oranges, apples, mangoes, watermelon, pineapple, or any fruit you like. Blend with a little cold water until smooth. Strain for a clean, silky juice, or keep the pulp for more texture and fiber. Add ice, lemon, honey, or mint for extra freshness. Serve right away for the best taste, or keep it in a clean glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
